Hermes Infra Holdings Ltd. was established in 2015 by Giulio Leucci, a senior transportation, energy and infrastructure expert, forming a team with decades of experience in the industry as both practitioners and advisers.

 

Our sector focus comprises:

• Transportation infrastructure: airports, ports, road and rail

• Transportation operators: airlines, bus and rail, shipping, logistics

• Energy: generation, distribution, storage, renewables, waste to energy

• Core-plus: healthcare infrastructure, social infrastructure

Our aim is to provide the highest quality strategic and transaction advice to corporate clients, institutional investors and government stakeholders.

We support clients in the private equity sector with origination, identifying high quality infrastructure assets, transaction advisory and asset management as an extension of their AM team and board representation.

 

Our team includes people with backgrounds in investment banking, financial advisory, transaction advisory, transportation, energy, construction,  business strategy and government regulation.
